Leveraging Tools to Inform Economic Mobility

Join us for a conversation centered on leveraging occupational and economic mobility tools. This is an opportunity to learn more about the Occupational Mobility Explorer (OME) from the Federal Reserve Banks of Philadelphia and Cleveland and the Career Ladder Identifier and Financial Forecaster (CLIFF) tools from the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. There will also be a panel discussion featuring representatives from organizations working to leverage data resources to serve their communities. The conversation will focus on skills-based hiring, navigating benefits cliffs, and fostering partnerships with employers, and the panel will include speakers from Jobs for the Future, the Louisiana Department of Children & Family Services, The Institute, Pennsylvania Workforce Development Association.
