Leveraging Tools to Inform Economic Mobility

Join us for a conversation centered on leveraging occupational and economic mobility tools. This is an opportunity to learn more about the Philadelphia and Cleveland Fed's Occupational Mobility Explorer (OME), the Atlanta Fed's Career Latter Identifier and Financial Forecaster (CLIFF) Tools, and to hear from a panel of organizations working to leverage data resources to serve their communities. 

The conversation will focus on skills based hiring, navigating benefits cliffs, and fostering partnerships with employers. 

Panelists will include Pennsylvania Workforce Development Association (PWDA), Jobs for the Future, The Institute, and Louisiana Department of Children & Family Services.
