2026 Annual Conference Vendor Prospectus

HERSHEY LODGE AND CONVENTION CENTER

Guests may contact the Hershey Lodge Reservation office at 855-729-3108, (toll-free number) and ask for the room block for the PA Workforce Development Association Annual Conference, May 05 - 08, 2026. The group rate is $203.00 per night plus 11% taxes. 

 Guests also have the option of reserving their room reservations directly online through a dedicated event site that we created for your group. The rooms in your group block have been added to your event, and I have listed your online "link"  to your event below.   Please share this "link" with your guests, so they can reserve their room reservation directly online.     https://www.hersheylodge.com/qr/HFTAHVOWVU/

This link must be shared exactly as I have listed it for you with your group. If you click on the link and then copy a URL from the browser, the link will not work for group attendees.

** Guests reserving their room online, will be charged $5.00 to guarantee their reservation by the Hershey Lodge. If a guest calls the Hershey Lodge Reservation office, the Reservation staff member will ask the guest for the CC information, but no advance deposit will be charged at the time of booking their room reservation. 

We ask your guests to reserve their reservations prior to Monday,  April 06, 2026.  After this date, room prices may increase and/or rooms may not be available.
