PWDA launched the Workforce Phoenix Award to honor and recognize the dedicated professionals across Pennsylvania serving our students, job seekers, workers,
and employers.
The 2025 Workforce Phoenix Award will be given to a nominee who:
- Has actively participated in local workforce system activities for at least three years as of March 1, 2025
- Demonstrates commitment to serving others
- Fosters a culture of innovation
- Exemplifies leadership
- Is a PWDA member or is employed by a PWDA member organization
