This interactive PA@Work session brings together workforce professionals for a facilitated, forum-style conversation focused on business services. Designed to move beyond traditional presentations, the session creates space for candid discussion around employer engagement, coordination across partners, and what’s actually working at the local level. Participants will share challenges, strategies, and real-world insights, leaving with practical ideas they can apply immediately in their work with employers. 

Facilitator - Caroline Remelius, PA Careerlink, Montgomery County

Caroline is the Business Assistance Coordinator for Workforce Development with the Montgomery County Workforce Development Board. In her role she oversees the work of the Business Services team at PA CareerLink® Montgomery County as they strive to support the broad range of employers. With just 4 years of workforce development behind her, Caroline hopes to continue bringing fresh ideas to complex problems through collaborative, creative and educated approaches.
