This session explores Knovva Consulting’s Out-of-School Youth (OSY) Program as a talent development strategy that benefits employers, opportunity youth, and communities. Participants will learn how to build effective talent pipelines, align workforce development with employer needs, and leverage opportunity youth as a valuable workforce asset. Attendees will gain practical strategies for advocating for opportunity youth, strengthening employer partnerships, and contributing to a more resilient regional economy.
