With the expansion of Pell eligibility to short-term, stackable workforce programs on the horizon, Workforce Pell has the potential to significantly reshape training access, funding alignment, and cross-system collaboration in Pennsylvania.

This member listening session will focus on what you’re hearing from providers, boards, employers, and education partners. What opportunities are emerging? What barriers need clarification? What implementation questions remain?

Whether you’re deeply immersed in these areas or encountering new questions as policies and programs evolve, your perspective matters. Members are welcome to attend one or multiple sessions.
