Workforce Pell has the potential to significantly expand access to education and training opportunities for apprenticeship participants, but successful implementation will require thoughtful planning and coordination among policymakers, intermediaries, education providers, and apprenticeship stakeholders. Join the Pennsylvania Workforce Development Association (PWDA) and Safal Partners for an in-depth webinar exploring the impact of Workforce Pell on Registered Apprenticeship in Pennsylvania. This session will examine key considerations for making Workforce Pell work effectively within apprenticeship programs, including program eligibility requirements, quality assurance standards, data collection and reporting expectations, and strategies for strengthening coordination between higher education institutions, workforce development systems, and apprenticeship sponsors.
