PA@Work - Leading Under Pressure: Emotional Intelligence as a Workforce Performance Strategy

Wednesday, August 19, 2026 (11:00 AM - 12:30 PM) (EDT)

Description

Workforce leaders are expected to drive the future forward while navigating chronic stress, competing demands, and workforce instability. These conditions make innovation, progress, and lasting impact significantly more challenging—placing leadership decision-making, communication, and team stability at the center of workforce performance outcomes. This high-energy, interactive session reframes Emotional Intelligence not as a soft skill, but as a strategy with hard impact. Participants will explore the neuroscience of stress and gain practical, immediately usable tools to strengthen self-awareness, emotional control, and team effectiveness as drivers for measurable workforce performance, team retention, and community impact.
