Joshua Kwasnicki’s journey to helping others reach their full potential began at the University of Florida, followed by a master's in social work from USC. Initially a behavioral health therapist, he specialized in positive change and strength-based approaches. Today, Joshua applies his expertise as a Board Certified Executive Coach and Director of Organizational Development at Eckerd Connects, where he focuses on employee engagement, leadership coaching, and team development to drive organizational success.
